Unsigned Rap Artists “Rell Cash” Knocks Em Dead W/ New Single “I Aint Hearin That”

Unsigned  rap  artist,  "Rell  Cash"  aims  to  make  a  major  statement  with  the  release  of  his  single  "I  Aint  Hearin  That",  off  the  up  and  coming  mixtape  “Enemy  Of  The  State”,  set  to  be  released  in  Febuary  of  2013.  The  music  video  for  the  single  is  already  on  youtube  and  getting  major  views.
